I opened up the head because it wasnt the woodruff key, Piston had a huge chunk missing out of the top. The Head is mint the piece went right out of the exhaust its still in my pipe. What can cause this so it doesnt happen anymore, 32-1 premium mix, tune was pretty good its in the shop if anybody can also guide me towards the piston and ring set because hes trying to charge 100 for a set i know i can get cheaper

what the bore you need, and the brand? here a a place on ebay that sells wiescon in about every bore there is. it a little cheaper then $100.00

I found your original post and you said that you had compression? Did you actually check with a gauge? Just wondering how much compression you had with that chunk missing.
It was, extremely stange the way this went I had compression then it seemed to basically just drop and kick freely. No guage just the good old hand pull. Also dropped the bike off at a shop to let him do the work, said its been bored and the sleeve is MINT hes just gotta find out the size bore

their is a large list of pistons in a varitey of sizes but you'll want to check the cylinder to make sure it is within tolerance and you dont need it bored
