Piston Crown Displacement

Hey guys, can anyone give me some info on a genuine Yamaha piston crown 0.5mm oversize. I need to know the displacement the dome has into the head. ie. the piston has a radius on the top which starts out as 10degrees i think but how much does it displace at tdc. any help??

You may hate me for saying this.. But, make a tracing of the piston crown, and then take co orinates of the crown line, then put it in excel, and draw a graph of it, then right click the graph and add trend line.. add a 2nd or third order line, it should create the equation of a line that follows the crown line pretty well.. then, back to first year engineering maths, do a volume of revolution of the equation for the graph.. that will definately give you an accurate answer.. at least as accurate as your tracing..

Ok if thats not a good answer then im not sure what is! il try it, i did mechanical engineering for two years then swapped to geology so i have an understanding of what you are saying! mmm thanks!!
