I Dont know if any of ya'll have seen this yet. But it could be very helpful for some. I know that I might be attempting a custom pipe.

Looks to be a very interesting program. I've read pipe design on the web some place (can't remember where ) And the guy talked about the cone designs and multiple tapers and how they affect tuning, as well as stinger lengths. Not for the light reader, took a couple of reads to wrap my head around it all.

yes this is a very complicated science. And I applaud all the custom pipe builders out there. And 2 stroke pipes arent exactly a 1 size fits all thing either.
