heres a pedal and bracket setup i made for another member, but was too short for where my master mounted, i f'd up and cut it too short and didnt figure that out till it was too late, the one on my bike now is about aninch longer, connect the master rod to the pedal extension you make, then hold everything in place and that will tell you where the master has to mount and the angle of the pedal extension, mark everthing then drill/bolt and tack weld it in
place, check for correct alignment, pedal and master rod movement, then finish weld it all

a tri z pedal will work with very minor modification you just have to heat an bend it to clear the right side of the motor
I did a similiar thing as awk.I had a banshee pedal here lying around so I traced the rear of it and used that as a templat and then cut and welded it on to a 88-02 brake pedal.I have some pics but only with it on the bike.
