You guys think I can get $1800 if I parted out a nice 2005 Blaster? I wanna buy it take the shocks, nerfs, bumper and swingarm off Keep them and sell the rest.

I priced it out this is what I came up with..
Motor - freshly build 200cc Factory7 race motor, Factory7 jug w/ nikalsil ported & polished $600
Swinger $50
Tires & rims $120
V force 3 valves $75
Frame $50
Brakes $300
Steering Stem $15
Bars $10
Nice white plastics $150
Factory7 exhaust $200
Axle $100
Hubs $10
Carb $50
A arms $50
Gas tank $5
Ac bumper $50
Seat $20

Think I would get my money back?

why do so many people part out their wheelers i know its about the money.. but like in 20 years the blaster might be kinda of rare, since this month i counted at least 4 people parting blaster..but back to the topic ya should be able to the brakes seem a bit high.. if you live near me ill buy that frame off ya

Only reason I'm parting it out is so I can get the stuff I want for my Blaster for really cheap, free or possible make some money, but really I would love to just get what i want off it and break even.

I was thinking the same thing. There are more Blasters out there than you think though.

i know there is a sh*t ton it was produced for 18 years but like just today another person is parting thats five and these are people that are just on this forum, anybody got a production number for the blaster?

I'd be interested or know people that would be in the pipe, reeds, and if it has a k&n id need that

Ya it is suppose to be $900. You give them your head, they rework your head and give you their Nikasil cylinder.

I don't know if I'm getting this, I talked to the dude and he said he still had to get the title signed from his dad and it just sounded a little weird so I'm not holding my breath.

heres the bike btw... Still think its worth $1800?

Heres my backup plan. But if I get this I'm just gonna sell my Blaster. Its actually my kids Blaster so I'm gonna ask him if he wants to keep the Blaster or get this? This thing is beat to hell and needs some TLC, but its a 2001 all stock, runs good, doesn't smoke and its $1400 which seems like a great price.

haha the motor is nowhere near 600, u are nuts, i have the airsal 240, you have the 200cc. my head was done by wildcard, much better than theirs. i would be lucky to get 600 out of mine.

$600 aint alot. First the Airsal is about $300 less than the Firebreather. Second we are talking about complete engines, I seen stockers going on Ebay for $400-$600.

Like I said deals prolly gonna fall through and I think I'm really liking that 400ex anyways.
