$90 for all is fine. I prefer paypal honestly because it is reasonably secure for both of us.

to save the hassle of finding someone w/ axle nut wrenches, I would say that the carrier comes w/ the the axle!

in my opinion everything is in good shape, but Im not mechanic. i would have raced on it and not given it a second thought!
