Does the wire harness include all the electronics? I am looking for a cdi? what year of bike is this?

pictures arent a definite thing, but i kan try my hardest for that, the wiring harness is complete minus the lights and TORS, but the cdi is there and will go with it, the engine shouldnt have any problems at all and it also includes another gasket set for a re-ring, and yes i ahve paypal
