he's already painted them and it aint drying, too late to do any of the prep or temp suggestions except hit it with the torch, or hang 'em in the warm house and see if
it'll harden up
True.. i was just looking at it as its not hard to rough them up and spray them again for a good quality. I would recommend trying the heat tho. And if it dosnt work. Just take the time to do it right

Did some arms in summer with Rustoleum and it did not cure. Even after a week .Even called Rustoleum, said maybe humidity :-/ . Well in Michigan by the time it's warm enough it's humid. As far as prep, blasted, prime, paint. Ended up baking them in oven on warm for a bit. Maybe just take them in the house for a while. Thats the problem with us men, we hate reading directions. You really have to watch spray paints, some you have to recoat within an hour or wait like 7 days. Each brand ,even types within brand are different.
try again with the rustoleum in a quart an use a spray rig ad hardener for auto paint find it at a local paint place im sure theres somewhere .. only way .. cans are junk an dont last and allow 24 hours and it will be solid in cold weather use fast hardener and if its cold go in a garage an fire up a heater ..
use some proper 2K with hardner. and use some proper spray guns and a decnt compressor. But put on a decent primer first. spray cans are for people who like to respray often
