You definetly have a messed up carb! We've sold close to 50 OKO carbs this year alone and none of them have the small jets that you are talking about. It looks as though you have a knock off of a knock off carb, nothing like the ones we sell. That is why I hate E Bay!

well i may open up a claim on ebay for my money back.
also so it should just be 1 nipple for fuel right? the nipple on the small side of the carb needs to be blocked off.
any ways if when i get my keihan jet holder in and this doesent work im opening up a claim on ebay

Reading this thread got me a little scared about mine.I went out and checked my jet and it was rite. Even had 138 stamped on the main jet.
yea the title of the listing said blaster keihin pwk carb oko 30 mm, i gave hima 1 star rateing.
they arent goign to take it back. The best i can hope for is to get my money back for it. be anyways the guy will replace is if i pay the 15 dollars to ship it back to him. so that woudl bring the total spend on it now to 75 dollars + the original 100 that it cost.
I would be tempted to send it back to him just to be rid of the headache. Call it a lesson learned and move on.
If you want that size and jetting flexibility but don't want the headache of trying to sort good carb from bad, you can purchase the carburetor off of a small bore dirtbike (KX85 or CR85). They're keihin PWK 28's from the factory.
Here's one on ebay BIN for $65 plus $9 S&H:

did you pay with pay pal? i would ditch that POS and get a brand name carb. threaten him with filing a claim and leaving neg rep sayig how he sells cheap knock offs.
im going to jb weld the nipple and see how it does, it looks fine other than having an extra nipple
Put a piece of hose in there with something like a small bolt with sealant on it to block off that inlet. If the JB crap comes off then it will lean out the jetting.
