Its not here yet but it should be here saturday or monday!
Ok first question What are the stock sized Jets and in your opinion will they need to be changed with what light mods I have + removing the airbox lid
and yes I will probably figure it out with a plug chop

NEXT QUESTION
Will I need a tors eliminator to run this carb? Or can I just replace the carb cap on the tors and run it with the tors. I will be removing the TORS in the future anyway but the money is tight right now and this check is a bill check and I already need to order carrier bearings and chain tensioners.

you just going to have to wait untill you get it bolted on your blaster before you can really start asking the questions cause everyones jetting is going to be different.
when you get the carb bolted on your blaster then youll be able to give us some symptoms of the way its running and then youll be able to get some more accurate answers..
im pretty decent when it comes to jetting a machine but i still dont know where to start on a carb that isnt even on a quad yet...

Thanks I didnt know that

No, no. That's for a stock carb TORS removal, it has extra parts you won't need. (besides, a replacement carb is the best way to do a TORS removal). Get this from Vito's ebay store:
YAMAHA BLASTER STOCK & KEIHIN CARB THROTTLE CABLE : eBay Motors (item 110504857527 end time May-08-10 11:54:05 PDT)

You won't have to put in a screw it will have it's own.

As far as jetting goes, Samolia has a point, it doesn't hurt to think ahead, but it might work great out of the box. The stock jets in a Keihin PWK28 are 38 pilot and 135 main. I don't know what the OKO has but it is probably similar.

I have a 45 and 162 right now, with similar mods, and I think the main is a bit fat. I might drop to a 158 or so. I have the clip at #2 slot which leans out the midrange and helps lessen the effect of the 162 at anything but WOT. Runs too good right now to want to mess with it. Starts first kick and runs like a raped ape.

When you install the carb, unplug the throttle switch up by the handlebars. You will already have unplugged the carb side when you pitch that mikuni. TORS removal complete.

good stuff guys I really hope this thing comes in soon but I might not bother putting it in until I get the new tors delete cable. Im really looking foreword to a strong running blaster.

Well it came in!!! Here is some questions and try not to laugh but the hole to the right of the gas intake. Does that hole need to be plugged? and the hose out the top that is just the air hose right. Or is it good to slap on right now and roll?

i would plug that hole on the side and just leave the hose on top cause its the carb overflow....
put the carb on and try it out so you can get that thing tuned in...

Ok next question how in the world do you get a bigger carb to fit the stock intake boot? The freekin stock carb was hard to get in there so there is about no way I can get the 28mm into the boot.

no no no, don't plug the one on the side, that's an overflow vent from the look of it. you may have to dremel out the stock boot a little bit to get that carb in there

Thats what I found with mine.Needed a reed spacer. My 30 OKO slipped into the intake boot the same as stock. Now,the filter boot needs to be heated and streched. You just have to find somthing that is the same sime as the carb to use.Heat it up,slip it over what ever your going to use and let it cool.Resized.
