oil leaking by the flange basegasket just replaced oring in exhust is missing not a fast leak but is coming out could this cause throttle to have no mid or high range idles fine ordering banshee ones from toomey will high temp silicone work for time being its a toomey pipe

Any leak from the pipe can affect intake breathing, do not ride until you have fixed it.
High temp silicone will work, a copper based one is best!
