I just bought a oil injection block off kit. Do I need to take the whole cover off or just the oil pump cover?

That's not a good "kit" if it didn't have instructions. Def have to remove the whole cover to remove the pump gear (white plastic) from the inside of the cover, remove the pump, and then bolt the plate in its place.
Make life easy on yourself and remove the right footpeg first. Ya gotta do it anyway and you will go nuts trying to work around it.

Yes, what kit did you order? If its the T.M. Designworks, it should have came with a orange plug. If it didnt come with one, take some RTV and plug it up. (make sure to let the damn thing dry). If you have a hardware store around, they have the same plug that would go in the kit. ace hardware etc.
Not to thread jack, but to keep from making another thread, I'm doing the t.m. designworks kit on mine right now, and I have all the bolts out of the side of the case, but can't get it to come off. I can only get it to seperate about 1/8".
Anyway I don't know whats holding me up, if anybody has some input?

Wiggle it side to side. That's what i had to to with mine. Mine was hanging up on the kick start.
