My blaster has been running golden since I put new reeds in, but recently (the past 2 days) its been acting funny. Its dodgy to idle at start up but I turned the idle up and its fine now. But it seems like it's hesitant to reach the top of the gears (rpm wise) and when I pull the clutch in, and only when I pull the clutch in, it doesn't want to idle, it wants to stall. Should I turn the idle screw out more?

basics clean ur carb first off that cause alot of problems clean ur air filter to and get some airfilter oil and oil it good then report back
I cleaned my filter, oiled it, and took it up the road, still stalled when I pulled the clutch in, but started up first kick and ran beautifully.
How is your clutch adjustment? Maybe it is dragging a bit. I'm assuming you are talking about pulling in the clutch at idle.
Not sure if this helps at all, but now when I shift up from..say 4th to 5th, it bogs, then "catches" and my friend took it for a ride and he said it sounds like its skipping.
