Hi everyone. I've been a proud blaster owner since 2000. When I purchaced my blaster it came in parts, in about five different boxes. I had alot of fun putting the puzzle together. This past spring I got the bug, I started working on the blaster I wanted to make it quicker, faster, and looking cooler. Then I found this sight. IMO the best around, alot of awsome and helpful people, with some great info and ideas. My blaster would not be what it is today without BF.

Ha JK thats my latest toy thats been keeping me busy for the last two months.
Heres an after pic, and a list of the mods I've done so far.

Painted the fenders (Krylon Fusion)
Fixed the bent steering stem and made it three inches taller.
Installed rear banshee hydros
O'conner diy head shaving
FMF fatty (with stock muffler, might upgrade if I find a good deal)
New tires 20" bnadit rears and 21" holshot fronts
14/41 gearing (thinking about getting 14/39 or 14/38)
TORS deleted
30mm Mikuni (almost got it dialed in)
Reed valve spacer (helps fit everything together better)
Air box vent (suppose to let it breath better)
vito's 2 1/2 degree timing key
vito's superstock piston (I know alot people rip on Vito's, but it's been four year now with it and I love it)
diy +2 rear swing arm
Wally world headlights

I'm sure I've missed a few things and I'm sure I'll find more.

LOL ) Now that funny. Actually I'm working on the front bumper I not sure what I want to do with it yet. And the back bumper needs some work also. (Thanks to You Tube videos, watching people ride wheelies and me thinking "I can do that")

As for the Zilla it's a 87, I found it on craigslist. Last winter the guy I bought it from had the frame powdercoated black and the front arms powdercoated silver. New rear four lug spindles. He installed all new bearings in the suspension. And had the motor rebuilt, with a new La sleave back to the stock bore. It needed some cosmetic work. All of the body fenders were cracked and ziptied on, and the seat was torn. The steering stem, handle bars, and the brackets that the tie rods bolt to on the spindles were all bent.

So far I painted the front and rear bumpers black. I would like to replace all of the fenders and black out the zilla, but moneys a little tight now, I'll have to wait a little while on that one. So for now I painted the fenders black. And replaced the seat cover. The wiring looked like I don't know what but it was scary, I had to rewire the whole machine and add lights. I straightened the nerf bars, painted and made new webbing for them. I painted the motor. I had to weld the stock exhaust pipe back up it was splitting on one of the seams. While I had the exhaust off I looked in the exhaust port and noticed how it was smooth and shinny as glass. (I don't think it came from the factory that way?) The guy I bought it from never said anything about having any porting or polishing done:-/
