welcome to the forums man..if you are whom you say you are then your ok in my book. But if you are that scammin liquid or anyone else other then who you say you are...
then that makes you a theif and a liar on multiple accounts.
i would ask mods to ip check this fella.. its not hard. should have it in admin under accounts.. that way we can see who this fella truly is. IF hes legit then a few apologies
are in order.. IF not I'd ban the crook and say hell with his 2 weeks.. due to the fact that if he went and made another account... then he has no intent on making good with previous deals..

I agree that would solve it... but ip's can change, mirrored, ect.. its not 100% fool proof.
agreed he might have a whats called "dynamic" ip. BUT both sets of numbers will trace back to the same location.. plus a few of the numbers WILL match up.. ive been an admin for a gaming community for years and have had some experience with ip tracing..
we have a forums and multiple gaming servers... if its a dynamic ip then the last 2-3 digits will be different.. but rest should be the same.. those #'s are for isp identification.
