Just got my blaster bout a month ago. First quad i've ever owned, so far lovin it! But the guy i bought it from is a total tard. first said it was a 90', found out it was a 95' thanks to the forum. Also was broke when i got it, said the carb needed rejetting, it was only a throttle wire...now i'm wondering if it really has the 240 kit in it?? Anyway i can tell for sure? like i said, first quad...ever...let me know...thanks.

if u post pics we will be able to tell as long as its not a sleeved stock jug. or you can pull the head and see what the piston says on top or mic the cylinder. a true BBK starts at 72.00mm whereas a stock jug starts at 66mm and can go to 68.25mm.

I'll bet it was just bored .040 over. If that guy is as dumb as you say!!

If the reed cage has 4 bolts possibly stock, unless it was sleeved. Like posted best way is to measure the bore....

okay...dunno how to post pics yet, its on my page though...tell me what u think, i'll probly pull the head off and see what it says and measure it.

Welcome, if the dude you bought it from is a total tard than it may just be bored .040 over.. How about some pics bro...I:I

that is a stock cylinder for sure. now there is still a chance it has had a sleeve but in it and is a 240. but highly doubtable... so im saying its a stock cylinder with a .040 bore on it. ps the way to tell is to look for that y-1 thats only on stock cylinders. its on the underside of the stock head also. the vitos has no y-1 but looks similar and the la sleeve has 6 bolts on the reed cage
