New Big Bore Blaster Kit

I will be offering a 40hp and and 50hp blaster kits soon. No porting needed
I will provide all the info and parts needed to make the power. I should have 50 kits available soon. The prices will be very reasonable.
The kit will include the cylinder, cylinder head, gaskets, and piston kit.
The project is still in R&D and will be done shortly.

we understand that it is custom, but we want to know if you are pre-porting it for different riding styles, or if you are just gonna do a lot the same and sell them like Vito's does. how much would these things run?

I really dont see how you could do it without porting and shaved the head for race gas.50hp is not possible unless you are drag porting or doing a whole new 240 kit .I can not see a trail riding 50hp blaster ,but that would be awesome if you could I:I

i think he means that he is making custom cylinders, that will start out where he ports them to now, but i could be wrong.

I'm not sure if the math is 100% correct but if 200cc = 12.20 ci, then to get 50hp would mean that there would be 4.098hp per cubic inch. If this can be done on pump gas then someone needs to send an application into Honda to build Formula1 and Indy car motors.

don't underestimate the power of a properly tuned two stroke.

and if your math is correct, which i am basing mine on, it's closer to 3.4 hp per cupic inch. 240 kit.

go get a modified mag or import tuner. the winner of the castrol top shop challenge made 1035 whp on an evo 4G63 2.0L 4 banger. granted, it's turbo'd, but if 200cc does in fact equal 12.2 ci, thats 8.48 hp per cubic inch on 100 octane.

your missing an important point...those car motors you are refering to are 4 strokes, 1 powerstroke every other rotation, a 2 stroke has a power stroke every rotation. a 2 stroke size for size will make more power untill you start getting into forced induction (turbo's blowers etc) but then again, that can be done to 2 stokes too
