nerfs

im going to get a pair of DG fat nerfs tomorrow but they are for a mojave and were modified to fit a lakota.. im wondering if they are fabriacable(lmao if thats a word) but they are only 25 bucks so wtf lol cant be to bad. any suggestions will help!I:I

finally got the nerfs. there pretty nice. kinda ghetto mounts so i have no idea how im gonna mount it ANY ideas? also whats the easiest way i can get the broken screw out? its the bolts side in the pic that broke off. BTW i only payed 25 bucks for these nerfs from a dude on criagslist.

should i heat it up first it looks pretty damn rusted. and idk if my drill will drill it.

use a center punch and knock the broken bolt out. Looks like all you'll have to do is make some new mounts to bolt onto your foot pegs. Use a piece of flat strap, drill two holes in it to mount to your foot peg mounts then weld a tube onto it so the nerf can slide over it

yeah im having the worst time getting the bolt i broke out. i drilled it and it went of center so i stoped. then i heated it up with my torch and tried to get it out aqgain and it still wont budge

well man im in the same boat, Was tightening the bolts on my front sprocket after i put my new 39t in the back, and broke it right off.
you think its ok to run the sprocket with only 1 bolt?
i ran it all day like that haha. anyone know where to get new bolts?

Yeah I know one place not to go and that is the dealer... They willl charge you $5 for a $0.40 bolt.. You should be able to get one at your local hardware store. Just be sure to get a good grade bolt and not the cheap grade 2 most places sell..

i got the nerfs pretty much on. but each side only has one bolt on each foot peg.. should i fix that? and could someone posibly get a pic of the front of their nerfs were they attach? mine are touching my exhaust the slightest bit. i wanna see how actual blaster nerfs are. so any pics apreciated!

You should definately fix the mount and get the other bolt in there
