ok well heres my situtation as much as i hate to say it:

im jobless for now. (should be getting one soon within the month) family has no money so spare. since my mom's car blew up, we had to buy a toytoa corolla. which is a car and not a suv or truck, so i cant put the quad into it anymore and be able to go to tracks. buying a tow package for the car is about 150 or son on ebay, wires are about 50, and trailer is about 400 is lowest i seen used and new. so thats $600 rite there. and i have not $1 in my wallet. so obvisiouly thats out of the question. so my only way to get to tracks is to hitch a ride with someone. in which no one lives close to me, so thats pretty much out of the question.

i start driving in 2 months, and thats another 250$ to get permet. and 1 year after that, i will need a car. (god knows wht that will cost)

but anyway, it comes down to this. i really want to keep racing, but have no way of getting there. i start driving soon, so need to foucus on that stuff. by the time i might be able to auctally race, its gonna be 2-3 years. and that depends on wht car i get. jeep/car/suv/truck.

so i was thinking about selling the blasty, and pocketing that money for car and such. hopefully get a truck, and then buy a 450 or something and still be able to race...

any ideas?

well it all depends how into racing you are. if you love it you will do anything to have it. if not you will sell the blasty and bo about your life

The economoy has hit many of us. Im currently out of work and im broke.

I have wanted to sell some of my other atvs to pay bills.

But I am holding on, and hoping work comes soon.

But you are younger than me and have your whole life ahead of you. I think you have to decide what is best for you and what makes you happy or can live with.

My 16 your old son, gets his license soon, hes jsut about done with his hours to get in, on his permit.

My sister is going to sell him or give him her old car, honda civic 4 door. Today he got to ride his blaster 4 the first time, Got it for him a few weeks ago, with a paint ball gun trade and it needed work and its close to being where I want it to be for him, and hes very happy.

So, Id say try and hold on to it, if you can, if not do what you need to do. To get where you want and need to go in life.

Its not always about racing, just riding is fun.

Sporty

thats the problem tho. i have no where to ride. so it will just be sitting in my garage until a race comes around. or i can get there. and i wanna race really bad, but theres always something stoping me from doin that. Always!

The only way I can go.to races now I just figured out is with a U-Haul truck. Well look like idiots, bit it might work. I just ahvr to look into how much gas is for them, how much it is for 3 days, and how much it is per mile.

that sucks but if your really want to keep race ing id sell the blaster and get a car or what ever you want and save up the money for a 250r banshee or somthing a little bigger

If your tight on money as you have been saying in this thread then you can forget raceing for now because it costs big money just to keep your quad running and somewhat competative. Wait till your moneys right. Sell the quad and get some wheels, hard to pick up the ladies on a quad anyways.

to rent a u-haul truck for 3 days is gonna be way more than getting a u-hual hitch put on your yota, then just rent a u-haul trailer when needed, they're only like $20 a day

yea, but the trailers are like 700-1000lbs just by them selfs. we tried it when i first got my blaster in the first place. our oilot was having truoble with towing empty. our little yoda 4cyl will never do it.

they have small ones, that your blaster will barely fit on, they can't weigh that much.........

4x7 utility trailer, even says "perfect for behind cars"...........

U-Haul: Equipment specs

if you make reservations, they will ship one to your stores location

630lbs empty, +300 =960lbs. thats pushing it a little...

Cheapest and best option.I bought one of these new years ago and its still around.Towed it behind many of 4 cylinder cars. The 4x8 is your best option.
