bore

I'm not sure... But when I look at it closely it seems uneven,What is the largest size you can go?there is a new one one ebay for 314.00 with clean bore and new wesco piston...but will it keep blowin a hole in the piston? Thanks

What bore was your cylinder on? Your cheapest option would be to bore your current cylinder to the next available oversize and buy a top end kit. You'd be lookin at about $200 total to do the repair.

There is a reason it blew a hole, either you were runing lean, poor fuel quality, had an air leak or running too hot of spark plug. You need to diagnose what caused the problem or it will happen again. Also check to make sure the crank has not been damaged by the piston debris that likely blew into the bottom end. The largest bore on your blaster that I recommend is 68mm or .080" over. You should only bore to the next larger size needed to clean up the cylinder. A hone job may only be needed, consult with a machinist to check the bore before you buy the piston. Going to the max bore will not add enough hp to feel and will waste the life of your cylinder.
