Hi guys.
I started my total rebuild today by stripping it all apart. The frame has to be powdercoated so its totally stripped down.
However there was one thing i couldnt remove! The rear suspension. I started by removing the lower nut and pulling it off the swingarm. so the swingarm and fram could be seperated. But i simply couldnt release the top nut. Actually there are two nuts.. one i got removed (left side) but the other one was impossible. I used so much force that i am afraid to "round" the edges of the hex bolt.. so i gave up .. But it seems like its a rubberjoint with the bolt in or what? Is it not possible to pull the bolt so i can "release" the top of the suspension from the frame?
Any advice? Or is a special method needed ?
