1974 Suzuki TS185 2stoke dual sport. Finding parts for this is probably going to be a pain in the ass, anyone know a good place to look besides ebay? Its going to be a long process but my goal is to turn this

wow, good luck with that LOL.

I don't think new parts will be easy to come by. wash it 1st, then see what you have to work with. I seen a yamaha 200 2 stroke dirt bike that the blaster was designed off of for cheap locally running but still didn't wanna do it lol. you have ambition I'll give ya that LOL

here's the 200cc yamaha 2 stroke dirtbike for $300 locally...

It's too much for me even tho it's running lol. I'd give him $100 for it and let it sit around under my house LMFAO. get to it one day after the other bikes are all running...

It think you could do it. It just needs seals bearings and cables. Other than that just need restored from the pic looks complete. Oh and maybe some lenses if there broken.

i had one of those it had a rotating reed valve with the carb on the side of the motor. cleaned the carb, fresh top end gaskets, piston, rings, points and condensor and it was ready to rip up the fields. nice find. oh wait that was a ts 100.

All the parts i need are discontinued so that sux. Guess ill have to start an ebay account. Im going to try and clean the gas tank, oil tank, carb and change the oil and see if it will start. I dont think its been running for over 10 years but even if it does start up ill more than likely be sending the motor off to ken and have him fix it up good as new for me. The cool thing about this bike is i have the original owners manual and title. So maybe by next summer ill be cruisin the roads on this bad boy lol
