nice man. those cars are sweet. my first car was a 88 thunderbird lx with a 5.0, i converted it from the so motor to the ho with parts off a mustang and put jegs headers and an x pipe on it and a bunch of little stuff and it flew. just be careful bro lol we dont wanna hear about how you lost your license right after you got it because you had to show every punk in there honda civic whats up

they got flshlight drags well they did idk aout anymore up the old airport like 15 mins away from where i live if they still do when i got my real licences id like to go up there

with a 350 bored 30 over,4 bolt main, blueprinted and balenced,flap top pistons, comp cam, wieand intake, hedman headers dumped out under the cab, Racing d.u.i distributor, double roller timing chain, carb spacer, edelbrock carb, with lots of chrome all new gaskets rings and more sh*t lol

haha remeber its a 5.0 they hardly break lol i think its the best motor ford made mine wasnt even realy broke the guy just put a e303 cam in it and it wasnt a mass air flow so i had to get the ecu and sh** to switch it over
 
lol Ya those motors are bullet proof and those injection systems on those with bigger injectors cam headers filter they scream!!
 
hey man, if it doesnt have it already, start looking for a gt40 intake off of a late 90's v8 explorer, and i cant remember if its the gt40 or gt40p heads that you would use. you get a big performance increase out of them and they can be found in any junkyard. just research and make sure you know what your looking for. both the gt40 and gt40p heads will fit, but one of them have a different plug angle and you have to buy special high dollar headers so you can get the plug boot on them
 
Ill have to put pics up of my stangs but my first car which I still have is an 89 coupe I just stuffed a 88 roller motor,gt40p heads heavily ported professionally,anderson motorsports B41 cam,victor junior intake,bbk shorties,edelbrock carb,motorsport rr's,all forged internals,3 core rad,under drives,hei ignition conversion,150shot edelbrock plate kit,pa auto flexplate,dayco 2200 stall convertor needs to be 3000,pa automatic c4 with reverse manual valve body,motorsport driveshaft,8.8 out back with new locker and 4.10's sitting on 17 cobra r's for the street.I'm sure I forgot a few things but its a rocking little coupe and I've ran it against my 388ci s10 and it dog walks it!
 
i just wana get to driving it first b4 i go puting a ton of money into it next up grade is going to be catback system then probley new rear nd gears cause the stock ones in these suck
 
lol you better get a good job before you put a taller rear end gear in it. these cars arent too good on gas to begin with, so unless your going to a lower gear ratio then your gonna be making a noticeable dent in that wallet when you find out how much less mileage you get
 
if i remember right its hard to find a x pipe and long tubes that fits in the automatic cars because of the transmission. we had to modify my jegs x pipe to fit on my thunderbird, and they are the same fox body chassis with a few minor differences other than the body.
