i honestly just give up i dont have a clue what to do theres no bike shops / mechanics near me ! and if there was it would be siesed by the time i get the money to get one to fix it ! it starts wont idle ( i tried the idling screw ) nothing! It runs like s**T !it starts spitting (heavly)! and it only starts when it wants to i mean like what could it be ?
-reeds perfect
-good spark
-fresh fuel
-clean jets
could it be a really dirty airfilter ?
also my needle jet(the big needle that comes of the slider) is slightly bent could that be it? thanks guys im honestly stuck the only thing that can help me atm is you !

first fix the bent needle. that could be a problem. and if your air filter is really dirty, then you need to take care of that because that can also cause issues

the needles bent back to normal as much as it can be , and ill clean the filter is it to just run it once to see if that was the problem without filter oil? but ill clean it and get filter oil if it is the problem?thanks bud

Give your wiring harness a good looking over. Sometimes the screw on my ignition coil willl loosen up and cause the ground wire to lose a good connection and it runs horrible. That ground being loose could cause a lot of the problems you are listing.

yea a bent needle, thats comon sense bro its gotta be straght, airfilter, buy a new one for like 10 bucks, they work nothing special

i cleaned the filter bent the needle back as much as possible! cleaned the carb! is a 230 man ok for a stock engine W/O air lid? thanks

ur lean, if u have no air lid, 230 is stock, also, maybe u overoiled the filter, i did that once, and all it would do was sputter, and be boggy

You sure you have good gas flow to the carb? Also coud be electrical...under a load the bad stator or cdi can act the way you are discribing. Park brake disconnected? A good ground? compression good? coil wire screwed in good to cap? It's a process of elimination

put a 240 main in .

and buy a new needle!

ok guys so after cleaning the carb and bending the needle back as much as possible(its like 95% normal again lol) it ran perfect ! but diddnt idle! so i took out the plug to see what condition it was in and disconnected TORS (diddnt cut any wire just disconnected it , i read the diy ) so i started her up it was idlling like cray so high! so i connected the TORS back up and its still doing it what the hell is ring with it now??? never been this frustrated wih my blasty before!

adjust the idle screw
