air leak, check the intake boot and that the cap is tight on the top of the carb

when i had the plug out i gave it a kick (with my hands) just to see the difference ,would that of put gas in the cylender head and made it rev up real high?

thanks to all who posted (rep given to all!) it only took 2 cans of sola an hour of my time and a broken thumb throttle cover! it was worth it though going better then ever!
