38mm would be tough to make work on a stock bore unported cylinder. I run one on my motor, but my motor has a lot of mods. Get the cylinder ported and get a 34 or 35mm carb. I am looking for a 38mm air striker carb. I run a 38mm pwk. If it is an airstriker I may be interested in trading a 35mm pwk for it. The 35mm carb will work well if you get your cylinder ported. PM me if interested.

I wish I knew how to powder coat. I have a buddy who's gonna do all the smaller parts pretty cheap but will have to take the frame somewhere else. That looks awesome tho can't wait to see it finished. I should of started a thread on my build but its becoming a very slow process do to work being slow
