yo i would take the air box and if those a arms will stand up to really hard riding i would take a pair

ok iv been doing some reasearch and it seems like everyone is using chromoly 1inch with a .120 wall to make a-arms and its a type of aircraft aluminum so thats what ill be using these a-arms might not be for sale until late summer at the best, but the airboxes will be made hopefully before summer

Make the a arms out of steel for sure, especially if you want to sell them, so you know theyll be strong. I would also recommend changing the ball joints to the same kind as all other yamahas, so you can use banshee or warrior spindles and make an easy hydro conversion.

standard material is 4130 cromoly, which is a steel alloy not aluminum.
