Merry Christmas From Ken and Jess OConnor!

your sig also says you have a toomey pipe, which is what ken ran on his bike with the porting you'll be getting.......perfect
we'll work on gettin you a different carb, maybe a 28/30/32 mm ?????
we'll see what ken says about that
sorry 442, bit i think a 35 will be too big for this style porting on a 200cc cylinder

and kronik, you just tell your parents that this isnt anything aftermarket, it's just a little massging to let this thing breathe better like yamaha should have done years ago
and i'm sure ken would be more than willing to talk to them, as would I, if you think that would help

i'd also like to know, if anyone knows of another builder, or parts supplier for that matter, that has done anything even closely resembling what ken has offered here today ?????
truely one of a kind bro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, I'll be on the lookout for a 28 - 32 mm carb. Hopefully I can find one for cheap. I figured if I can get all of this work for like $150, that's extremely cheap. This will be awesome. Thanks a ton awk.

And I agree, Ken is awesome for this whole opportunity. I'm going to give him rep right now.

If my parents aren't giving in by mid week, I'll have you or ken give them a ring. Thanks a ton guys.

ive bought there jets and some people say there chinese junk but they are acutully very well made and look 90% like the kiehin ones because of the markings other than that 100% the same

since everyone is talking carbs i would like to ask a question if you dont mind, im putting a wiseco crank kit and wsm piston/ top end kit and im going to get my head redesigned and cylinder ported, i was offered a 34mm carb for $70 is that to big or to small for what im trying to get done

Awk you are dead on. Takes one hell of a guy to do this. With the way the economy is in this country and he is willing to offer his services for free just because its Christmas. Ton of respect for that. No doubt in my mind that when I need to send out my engine for mods he will get the job. Have to support someone who is obviously such a stand-up guy.

I was lucky enough to have some good people help me out over the years for free. Hank Graff is one of the smartest people I've ever met. Helped me get my equipment for a decent price and helped me build a flow bench for free. He dropped off a $3,000 welder a few months ago. I'm still trying to pay him for it. He just keeps saying “ Don't worry about it Ken “. John Caldwell worked for Yamaha for years. He's helped a bunch with porting info. All for free! Erik Gorr is the Godfather of free info. He was one of the first builders to bare it all and give out tons of information that had been kept secret for decades. I'm planning on visiting him and his shop this summer. Mac Dizzy did a detailed Blaster build and posted it all on the internet. Awk , Slick, Whitty, 442, duelstroke and a bunch more have promoted the shop every chance they get. All these guys love the sport and do anything they can to promote it. Just following in the footsteps of my mentors. Kind of like paying it forward. It's a karma and “do unto others” thing. Life is a two way street and you get back what you put into it. Just paying my dues. Congrats to the winners and Merry Christmas!

Thanks Ken for being a stand up guy. I am with you 100%. Pay it foward. I had several people help me out along this mechanical journey and I really enjoy those chances I get to help out the next guy. Again Thanks Ken and God Bless.

said like a true gentleman, and i will continue to promote your work for all u have done for me and the site. I would proudly put some ken oconnor stickers on my bike
