Loss of power

hi I have a 98 Yamaha blaster bought it like 6 months ago never had any issues...all of a sudden it started bogging out before it hit powerband and was stalling I might of had an air leak I’m not sure...I managed to crack the gear on the back of the clutch basket so I changed out the basket and reinstalled the clutch now the clutch cables rele loose and the bikes jumpin into 1st..I also rebuilt the whole top end piston and jug with a new carb...I started the bike up for the first time and it’s having trouble idling and just doesn’t feel 100% I can rele use some info on this maybe becuz the carbs new and I haven’t jetted it yet or maybe something else is causin the lose of power need help thanks I’m advance

If you have any engine mods you have to transfer the jetting. Even stock you have to make sure it's correct. Is it a Genuine Mikuni?
If old carb had TORS, you'll have to disable it. Unplug 3wire brain box under the hood if pre 2003. If newer searxh how to do it.

Did you use a cheap eBay kit?
Did you perform a leak down test?
Did you break it in correctly?
Did you retorque head and base nuts after three heat cycles?
