Looking for suggestions, on sprocket sizes after mods.

I'm modding my machine completely, I'm changing the swingarm to a banshee, banshee axle, 400ex rear shock. I'm wondering if anybody could suggest a good sprocket size front/rear. or if I'm just worrying for nothing. Thanks for any help. Jeff
