so how many point star??? and im figurein i could make that, would take a little longer cause id have to make a new jig for it, but im sure i could have it done right along. Ive got another iron cross to be finished first then i can see what i can do about a star. let me know how many points and ill draw something up and let u see it.

looks very nice dirt, i like it alot. did you tig, mig or arc the weld joins and what material is it made of. im a welder in the navy is all, that is why im curious. but looks really good man like the way you ground everything smooth and even. its hard to tell where the weld line is. nice work

i used 1in emt conduit. it was labled 1in but when u measure it came to 1 1/4. who knows. but i like it anyway with the thicker pipe. i used a Lincoln mig welder with .35 flux cord wire. The wire suck, and is a pain in the ass to weld with. but i gotta use it until i get the gas for mig wire.

Kudos for getting anything done with flux core. I hate welding with it. I ran out of gas a few weeks back and busted some flux core out to finish what I was working on. I forgot how spattery and dirty flux core is.

I HATE FLUX CORE!!! I don't weld very well in the first place (need more practice. lots of grinding involved) and flux core is about all I ever have access too. I don't have a welder and My dad never has any gas. I don't know anywhere around to get it filled and that always leads to me using flux core.

Flux core isn't even welding its just sticking metal together.

ruthless.. check out your local phone book.... check out auto body shops or muffler shops ask them where they get there gas from.. we have a few places here to get it

yeah it sucks. But its all i got for now. Until i get money for a rental tank and to get if filled. costs way to much though. I finally ran outta wire welding stacks to my buddys tractor,lol.

good job with the flux core, your better offter sticking the damn thing. flux care is really sh*ttly to weld with but if you can get good with it then everything else seems really freaking easy...

yeah it does. And the flux cord deffinetly helps with experience. I can do so much better with normal mig, but i need to get by with the flux cord right now

i can tig my ass off, i mean thats what i do in the navy. im a coded welder for the navy as a 4955nec. also whoever reads this help me out i cant remember who i was suposed to take pictures of the grab bar i made for......please help me remember

i had to redo the peice of s**t that was on mine when i got it. I took it off and actually pulled it apart by hand. Came out really good when i did it.

if i were to have you make the bumper for me, how the hell do i mount it on mine because it looks like i dont have the mounting point that you have, i have that single cross bar that i think is welded in place ill have to look again. owe ya can you make one of those but a little smaller, i would like to put one on my sons 03 Polaris Scrambler 50. before anyone says anything about me owing a polaris i paid 300 for it. dont slay me because of it.........lol

it bolts to where your stock bumper botls to.. the two holes on the bottom of the frame in front, and the one in the middle right below the hood

so ur looking for 2 of them??? one for urs and then one for ur sons. like 4cfed said, it will mount right up to your wheeler. As for your sons i can make it smaller but idk the monting set up. Pm me and we will talk
