I'm wanting to convert my blaster to a liquid cooled setup without the DT200 swap.anyone got something they swapped from another cycle or aftermarket.I've seen one kit online actually on this site anyone used it?

If you got the conversion done post pics I'm looking for ideas.

Without the dt setup the only thing available is the liquid cooled head on ebay.Which in my opinion is a waste of good money. It cools the head but it doesn't do much for the cylinder itslef.Do you have problems overheating? I don't see any reason to need to be liquid cooled on a blaster.I have ran my bikes for hours non stop with no engine temp problems.Just ride it like you stole it and put the money into another aftermarket part of your choice.IMO

^and if none of our blastys were overheating at busco when it was 110 degrees and we rode almost the whole time...thats proof that a liquid cooled head is kinda pointless...and jetting is what keeps ur temps right

You shouldn't need a liquid head on a Blaster if you ride it like they were made to be riden. Those heads are for stupid morons who pin their wheelers in 5th on a road and blow em up.

Freek very true. The only things over heating were us bf boys.It was effing hot as a mofo.lol

all true stuff above, but i'd give anything to be huddled under my pop tent, sweatin my ass off with my bro's right now, fug this cold and snow
