well a site was having a deal on the trail tech handle bar style lights, bought it.
but the mount didn't work, so i made my own.

what i used to make the mount.

i still have to wire the lights up. I will be taking the mount off and painting the underside black and make the polish job better, i know it sucks.

they still have the spot and flood lights that come with them, i have to put in some LEDS, but once i do my DC conversion and get a more powerful stator, I am going to run HIDs

they are ok, roughly around stockish. but that isn't good for going fast at night. it is enough to let you cruise in the woods at night. but i have been swapping out lights to different colors. i want a pure white light.

I am trying to decide what i am going to use for lights. the nice thing about LEDs is you can run more of them but I have heard that they are not real bright.

i would think that these two trail tech lights on the handle bar would be better than the blaster single light. but i will see how the LEDs do. i know you should be able to run two 25-35watt lights on a stock blaster.

Yeah thats what I am considering right now (two 35watt LEDs). Just wasnt sure if they would be enough light since the LEDs shine brighter but not as far. At least that is what I have heard.

LEDs will give off way more light per a watt than halogen. HID is better than both.
but I am running cheap LEDS right now.
if you are running the higher watt LEDs, i would suggest doing a DC conversion to get a more stable current flow to the lights. dont want to blow them up.
