hey yall so i have been drag raceing banshees for some time know but i havent messed with the blaster stuff to much.i was planing on building a full drag blaster for my GF.i plan on useing a 4mm stroker crank and i was wondering what cyl was better and would make more power the la sleeve or the vitos.im going to run alky in this bike and do the do a override tranny for a blaster.o and who dose the best drag porting

the LA. Sleeve is a vastly superior cylinder to the Vito's.
the Vito's is basically a stock casting with a 240 sleeve installed
the La. Sleeve, and CT Racing cylinders < (LA sleeve reworked) are a completely redesigned casting and port layout which accepts the much larger cr/250r reedcage.

the Flotek and Ken Oconnor Racing drag blasters on here are all running some version of the LA. Sleeve cylinder.
and all are winning at there respective tracks.

ok so im going to go with l.a sleeve.but is a 4mm crank the the biggest stroker crank you can get.and do the do an override tranny for a blaster

does the 5 mill rod off of the banshee fit the blaster crank

yep, thats what ken uses, the 115mm banshee rod.

a +6 crank used to be available, thats what made the 265/280 kits that were sold years ago,
a little birdy told me that old +6 crank has been duplicated, just for fun.
