KX250 full rebuild

It isn't going to happen. Blasters are easy, no power valves. You're going to make more leaks than you find. Use OE parts and do a factory assembly. Basically............... use the force young Jet Eye.

Yup, all oem gaskets and seals were used. Lightly added some RTV to the reeds so i wouldnt have problems.
everything is torqued too.

Should run it wednesday, going to get a temporary exhaust spring (new ones ordered)

Having problems bleeding the front brake with the new line though

What he said . However, you can still check for leaks even if you can't get it to "hold" pressure.

Did you have fun timing the power valves?
Did a KX 500 last night

He has the new style cylinder. They're a piece of cake. Nothing like the old rack system.
I was going to say... They popped together like legos haha

I have started and run it a few times. Its a champ, one kick start no choke
Back brake line bled out and working. Front one we came to the conclusion he needs new pads to pinch the disc

June 11 we will be in glendive riding, hopefully with the first week of summer soon i can get out and test ride it and fix any last minute things
although i think it might have a little more throttle response than my crf so i will have to be careful
