I will give a combined discount on a shearer pipe and cylinder head and port job until 12-31-08. The total cost is $425 plus shipping
The port job is a aggressive trail/wood
The pipe will be raw; you will have to paint it; however it will come with a aluminum silencer.
You will have to send me your head and cylinder
If you need a new Wiseco Piston kit add $85 and the bore and hone job is $50.00

I am going to post the data on the Shearer pipe with my trail port and head design this weekend; from the dyno curve you will be able to see where the bike comes on and at what rpm the engine makes max power.
I will do the test with all the parts that I recommend
Such as a 35mm carb, V-force reeds and so on

so this would be the ultimate trail engine?

i assume he'd do it on a trail ported stock bore since he's already said that the vito pipe is better on the bb.
can't wait to see these numbers! i ordered my shearer from angus on fri.
i'll post up a thread w/ a review on the pipe probably next weekend...

I will be posting data Sunday night
Some people ask me how the Shearer pipes run; the best way I can explain is this. The pipes come on hard and have explosive power; like Mike Tyson did when he was 17-23 years old

I will have the info posted very soon; it takes time and I am very busy with other projects.
The trail port job, head redesign, and the Shearer pipe are at 32HP with a HUGE bottom end and midrange power spread. I will I also post info on how to read a dyno chart. The spread in power from 3000rpm to 9000rpm to other pipes will be 5 to 10HP through out the curve.
Most people who do not know how to read a curve just look at the peak power number. How often are you at peak power? You are going around corners and need the bike to have lots of torque to pull it back to peak power. A torque engine will rule in the trails and woods. If you can gain 10hp at 5000rpm the engine will pull its self back to max power very fast. I took my own Blaster out with this set up and I know it will out pull a stock Banshee anytime. With the torque and power from my set up you will not have to shift as often; the engine will have the torque in all gears to pull it back to Max power.
If you look at some the charts I have already posted; you can see how hard the front side of the curve is. That’s what an engine needs to be to get you moving.
Thanks for your patience.
