im just wondering for how many miles it will go on a full tank....
Right now i can do around 50 / 60 miles on one tank "Stock Mikuni 290 main"
Thats a shame that carb looked real good, dont know if it was from the pic but dam that copper color looked might fine.
Need to find some blue tubing for mine.
In time or in distance all i know(from experience) is that it sucks runing out of fuel.
Always remember to check if youre gas is ON or in reserve... I learn it the hard way :-[ .... had to walk 2 miles
Well the carb is finaly here and yes...... its fuc***ng huge, but have enough space to install, and already have an idea on how to build a big enough boot
Will let u guys know if a 38mm pwk works... bigger isnt always better ? hummm lets see... ya I know, I'm stubborn as a donkey

hey my kx runs that same carb. and ive used it on my blaster. I got a SMS intake, wich i think they said is only for 33-35mm carbs, but i got the 38mm to sqeeze in.
Can you tell me what main jet youre using? (just so i can start close, and then fine tune it)
Also did you use a spacer when instaling the +4 crank, if you did how tick is it?
i think with the 38mm carb i was at or right around a 160. I do use a spacer plate for my crank, however im also running a 115mm long rod in addition to a 4mm crank, so my setup will be differernt from yours.
