keihin carb - change from thumb to twist throttle

Ive picked up my new quad today and its come with a keihin carb, As im use to using thumb throttles and personally don't like twist throttles, im looking to change it back, just wondering if i can use a standard thumb throttle and cable from a stock blaster or what i would need to order
