Besides the flywheel puller (for the 4 degree advance mod) and V-force cage, I'm waiting on some 3.5" rear and 2.25 front spacers to arrive and a 400ex shock from ebay!!!!


Here's a pick of the shock.

Thanks you guys for advising this mod, I thought I needed a longer swingarm to "plush" up the ride from the jolty jitters, but was advised that a better shock was probably all I was looking for. We'll see when it comes. Is this link all I need to know for the conversion.

the rear end of my 400ex is super plush. its like the cadallac of sport ATV's when it comes to ride quality. do youself a favor and find a pair of Banshee front shocks to make the front end more tolerable as well.

banshee shocks are the cheapest front shock upgrade you can get for the blaster. no modification needed at all to bolt them on and they are noticably softer than the stock blaster shocks.

If you get an extended swing arm you don't need to change your rear shock.
