just curious about banning

He held a contest giving away a swing arm and never came threw on the deal. That's the short version.
he also at that same time, took ken oconnors money and built him a swingarm that was 2 inches out of line at the rear axle and just plain ugly and dangerous, and flat out refused to refund his money or give him a stock swingarm back to replace the one he fubar'd, pics are here......

and the smaller things that added up to that.................
falsely promoted kennedy's work, saying his motor was a beast, then came on like 6 months later asking for advice on how to get it running, so it wasnt even in the bike yet, but yet it was the best, most powerful thing ever, which led to countless peeps getting grossly inferior work done by kennedy ???
then when i started questioning all this false promotion, and kennedy's ethics, which is a whole other story (purposely burning peeps clutches to sell clutch kits, and giving false jetting info so motors would fry, to get more business)
so yb decides to forward all my PRIVATE messages to him, straight to kennedy
which had the big brass on here on my ass about trying to expose kennedy because he was a paying sponsor to the forum with big $$$ and a banner at the top
but in the end, YB is banned, kennedy is exposed and rarely comes on anymore
if anyone would like to say hello to YB, or at least tell him he's the biggest douche to ever grace an atv forum, he's over on powersportsjunkies.com
(where rockstar and 370 exposed kennedy's shady business practices)
and also bluetraxx.com
YB and kennedy have also both been banned from e2s.com
so, all in all, this place has been way better without those 2, way less drama, and no more ripoffs from those 2 douchebags

i took alot of heat over all that from the admins. on here.
even forcing me to qoute my first admendment rights, and stating "it isnt slandering if it's true"
but if i saved even one of my bro's on here from gettin ripped off....it was all worth it !!!!!!

sometimes you gotta take heat just to prove your right.
they are only worried about the sponsors money.
im actually going at it with a pet shop owner right now.
we have a 150 gal saltwater reef tank. lots of coral, some of this chit is big bucks,
i bought a puffer fish from this clown, asking him if it was "reef safe" and of course he said yes.
he just wanted my $350.00!!
told him everything that is in my tank, i keep a list on my iphone. that fish, was in my tank less then 5 min, with me chasing it with a net, and stripped every coral i had of this one type, over 3 grand worth of coral! then, the fish died cuz most of this stuff is majorly toxic, like one polyp in your mouth and your dead in 30sec toxic, not even kidding.
i went back with the dead poisoned fish, and of course he says its my fault.
i am now suing him, cuz other intimidation isnt working. but the word has spread on all of our forums i go to about him, he wont last.
all in all, im still out alot of paper.
some people just dont get it. them flying that banner in the name of a few dollars,
makes them look bad when peeps get bad service. i just dont get it

When slickerthanyou was up at my neighbors house, I was telling him how when I was investing a lot of money in my quad, I was planning to send my motor to Kennedy and my swinger to yb. If I would have done that... I probably would have yet to be riding that thing.

Why does the whoe YB thindg get brought up once a month, you are just giving him what he wanted over and pver, sure he was scum. but he is gone, forever.......................

well his original account is gone forever, and he was back under a new name for all of a couple hours before he met freeks banhammer again. I am glad awk is looking out for people, it just seems the whole thing has to be gone over once a month just like brushing hay off a pile of chit, it still stinks under there
you dont need ounces, were talking one polyp of the right zoanthind coral, the diameter is less then then an eraser on a pencil, will do you in less then 30sec.
i have touched them without gloves doing maintenace on my tank, just brushed a finger across them, in water, and been numb up to my shoulder for over a week.
they are serious chit.

i had enough to take out a small village. lol, now just a couple, they grow pretty quick.
yea, i was freaking, and a dog faced puffer is slow as a snail till it has a big green net comin after it. big problem too is, all the rock in my tank, lots of places to hide, and you cant get them out.
i got some crazy stuff, crabs, shrimp, corals that eat fish, torch corals that when you probe them emit fluorescent red enzymes. worms that look like flowers, sponges that crawl around the tank. very cool stuff.
just yet another of my ridicuoulsly expensive hobbies. but its a family thing, we have over a thousand gallons of aquariums in the house, and kevin is getting another one for his birthday, gonna raise jellyfish, now they are cool chit.
we make pretty good money selling the stuff too. i grow the corals, takes about a month, then split (frag) them and sell them, about 30$ - $ 75$ for 4-5 polyps on a 1 inch rock. in a month i can do about $10,000.00 if i apply myself, i get lazy, too much other chit to do

ill post up some of my personal stuff when i get time, the web page is all at his place, i had put up the money to get it going, and were doing ok. not gonna retire off it. on a good month we do about 10k, but this is a bad time of year, spring is good for selling. ive already recouped my investment, so its good now. my kids are into it as well. just another hobby that takes up too much time.
