if anyone is interested in building one, I have about 9 sets (pairs)of the rear ears (the part the carrier bolts to) left over from earlier projects waterjet cad cut. $25 a set. you can use 1"x 2" .120 wall mild steel tubing or 1"X2" .095 wall cromoly for the rest.

you can use the rear shock from an atk 260lq to make up for a longer mount on the swingarm.

plus it's an awesome performance rezzie shock!

nice job, but it looks kinda weird being bigger then the rest of the swinger. i like the way yb200 does it with welding on the same size.

If you relly want to start fabricating some parts go get your self a micrometer and start measuring off of the stock swingarm.I doubt anyone is going to give you all the measurements you need.You neeed to do all the R&D yourself just like all the companies do.
