I:I.......................This fella doesn't get it....someone just send him prices for a piston, rings, boring of top end, shipping costs and timing. Maybe it will makes sense to him then on what corners to cut. Don't mean to be a douche, but he's asked the same freaking question(s) 2-3 times. Yes, we like the extra posts ourselves, but you're wasting out time.

Plug chop:
Start with old plug, get motor in operating temp 10 minute ride. Find a nice long stretch you can get in 5-6th gear WOT (pinned)
Put new plug in.
Grip and rip in 6th WOT (Wide Open Throttle) for approx 15 seconds
While holding the throttle wide open, pull the clutch, at the same time turn the run switch off and coast to a stop.
Pull plug cut approx 1/4" of threads of being careful not to cut the porcelin center.
Should be a light cardboard brown ring!
sorry 230 main jet
right, but thats still lean for the exhaust change! at LEAST go up 2 sizes to a 260. then plug chop,
so i put the dg pipe on and left the air lid on and kept the 130 main jet
