I got a 1988 blaster that I want to set up to race only problem is that it's not jetted to it's full potential.it's bored .80 over, has a full dg pipe all around, boyseen super stock reeds, torque spacer I want to know what the jetting should be like needle position, main jet, pilot jet , and how many turns out the jets should be

.80 over will overheat reeeeal bad. and ditch the DG pipe if you want to race. DG = dont get for pipes. try a 300 main then a 310 main with one size up on the pilot jet and you'll be just fine!

Well I took my carb apart just as a maintainence procedure and found out that the pilot jet wasn't screwed in at all!!!so I screwed it in and boy o boy I have experienced blaster power now I already ran into one tree but I had trouble pulling this sucker up in 2nd and now it'll go up in 4th and don't even get me started on the top speed and the twist throttle is super easy to twist then it goes all out
