I lubed it with some pb blaster and moved it around, and now I shifts fine. Just from being open those few days must of had a little rust buildup.
Today sucked a*s. I went to the local lake and there was 1" of ice. Tried another lake, open. So I called a friend that has access to 34 acres. But it was too much snow and mud to get any kind of speed up, so that was a wash. I'm glad I brought the sled to play on though. There were a group of guys bombing around on sleds and a can am. I got to take each one for a spin, was alright. There is just nothing like trail riding though. Open field is boring after an hour.
So I found a spot real close to my house thats public land. Its a paved road and I'd probably get a ticket if the cops showed up. But I did only 3 runs and left. I got to do a plug chop finally.
The bike didn't not like the new intake. It popped when I hit 1/2 throttle. I pulled off the tube and just left the 4" rubber hose on it. It ran much better. I was only able to get it up to forth on that stretch. The plug is a light grey color. I have to find the plug chop post with the pics. Anyone have it handy?
The bike felt fast the first 1/2 throttle. The 60 pilot must still be too lean. It didn't miss a beat.
Here are the pics.

So if its reading the pilot on the plug chop and its grey/lean. Wouldn't I need to bump up the pilot more? What happes when the pilot gets too rich? Will it not idle?
