backround on the blaster is 94 blaster. Trail port, new bottom end with +3 stroker crank. Fresh topend with 67mm piston. the bike has a pro circuit pipe and a 28mm pwk carb. Leak test was fine. The bike starts great and idles fine for about 10 minutes then stalls. I can keep it running if i give it a little throttle then let it idle again. Im in cleveland ohio so its a little cold right now, like 40 degrees. Problem is that sometimes when i give it a lot of throttle it will backfire out the exhaust. im running a 45 pilot jet and a 160 main jet. needle is in the thrid position. The plug is black and a little wet. Im thinking its just too rich but i do not want to change the jet till im sure thats what it is and the top end is fully ran in. Any help guys? thanks again

I think your just a little bit rich. be safe and break in the top end with the jet that you have in there. then after you break it in go down a size on the main and do a plug chop it should look like a cardboard color.
