For anyone looking to buy a reg/rec for led conversion but not able to drop for a trail tech, I found this one EBay. 12v and up to 200w.

I think I'm going to find a place out back to mount it, simply for the sake of keeping the runs short between the stator to rec and rec to my 12 amp hour battery.

I picked this one up so could ride with my son, it blew up on the second ride. So now it's put back together and being improved and I'm looking forward to me, the neighbor and his kid and Joe Joe kickin rocks together. And tinkering is a ton of fun too. I'm bit HARD. LOL
