i decided yesterday to tear down the whole induction system on the bike and look for any discrepancy; be it however so slight. when i got to the reeds i found that the first stage of the power reeds where bent very far back. almost intentionally. im thinking the previous owner was a dumbass:/ i guess thats means unless you do it yourself, always assume it wrong

btw- to those of you who have been so helpful with tips and advice, thank you.
