and if you are a good installer a fabricator or know some who need the work you can always do custom caraudio. and even in small towns if you do good work people drive out to get it. one of the best shops i had a chance to visit is right off us-1 in edgewater,
migrain kustoms.

I think the restaurant/bar business is one of the toughest. How much is the building worth? Sell it, invest the $$.

well there are offers on the table for 300k for the building but hes asking 600 for it..
when you go to start a restuarant you have to pay impact fee's. those fees were paid for already, but if you change it to something else. the fees get lost.. i dont get it myself but lets say you make it a retail store for two years and that fails. you would have to pay the impact fee's again to make it a restaurant..

i honestly think that what you should do is a whole fitness center with the handicapp electric chairs and stuff with it. because living in a town with mostly old people you would make a killing. to help out hire some people to go around breaking old peoples legs to help out with the buisness lol just kidding
