i think its time for a new clutch

ok i was rideing today and i went to pull out on the road and heard somthing grinding so my first thought was o sh*t i hung a ring or somthing so i turned it off and kicked it again and heard somthing and it started so synce i heard somthing i turned it off and my buddie pulled me the rest of the way home and i took the side cover off and chunks of alluminum and clutch plates fell out and the clutch basket is f ed up and im missing 1 clutch and one of my preesre plates looks like it got really hot ill have pics up in a min

(read down the ebay ad at the testing they've done)
comes with an extra fiber disc to replace the smaller one and wave washer, and new heavy duty springs

i think im gonna get the 240 clutch but i want the pe basket but i dont have alot of money to spend on it

i'd spend the $ on the basket first and maybe run the less expensive tusk clutch < does just fine on my black bike

what do yall think happend me and my friend couldent figure it out (by the way he dident think a blaster could go as fast as mine did i guess my port job works pretty good)
 
ok just for sh*ts and giggles what is the diffrence in the stock basket and aftermarket basket

stock baskets are cast and can do what you experienced.
A/M baskets are machined billet aluminum and are much stronger
