The seal is new

did u put a tiiiiiny dab of grease on the seal when u installed it?

^ Definitely a must or it will overheat quickly and ruin the seal.

Yes i did. Its not leaking from the seal but between the collar and crank shaft

Try a new collar....

when i assemble i usually put a very small amt of yamahabond between the colar and the shaft to be sure it seals. also be sure and tourq that nut down so it doesnt spin.

I was thinking about using bardhal stop sleak. Could this work out?
Btw my blaster is an old beater its just i dont want to spend more on oil than gas.
